Synopsis
En 1955, poco antes de su muerte, Albert Einstein rescata un cuaderno de notas que escribió diez años antes, cuando se lanzaron sobre Japón las bombas atómicas de Hiroshima y Nagasaki. En ese cuaderno, Einstein cuenta cómo su vocación por la ciencia se despertó el día en que su padre le regaló una brújula y empezó a preguntarse por qué apuntaba siempre en la misma dirección.
El logro más conocido de Einstein fue su teoría de la relatividad, que transformó nuestro concepto del espacio y del tiempo. Pero cuando recibió el Premio Nobel de Física en 1921 no fue por esa teoría, que muy pocos entendían, sino por sus trabajos sobre el efecto fotoeléctrico. Hoy se le considera el científico más importante del siglo XX.
